OR **Measure the total window opening including any trim work from side to side. We will add 3 inches to each side automatically unless you indicate that there is not that much room on each side available. Then measure from the top of the window or top trim to the floor in 3 places. Draperies are usually mounted a minimum of 4" above the glass to eliminate the back of the pleats showing through the window from the outside. If you have trim, measure 3" above the trim. If you are very close (within 4 inches to the ceiling) you may want to have the drapery ceiling mounted. This simply means that the drapery is floor to ceiling.
